Liquid Concentrate

Juice concentrate is coming from the whole fruit that are washed, scrubbed, and crushed or blended. The fruit’s water content is commonly extracted and evaporated. In producing juice concentrate the producer may pick specific variants, especially for grape and orange. Here in VICA we have several types of white grape and red grape concentrate, both of them have the standard and also varietal types. Other than grape concentrate, we have other fruit juice concentrate, such as apple, pomegranate, cherry, blueberry, etc. All of them can be used for the base for RTD beverages, table wine, beer and liquor.
