The Taste of the Mediterranean, Crafted for Modern Applications
With increasing consumer demand for natural, clean-label, and flavor-rich products, citrus juice concentrates continue to play a vital role in food and beverage innovation. Derived from premium fruits grown under the Italian sun—such as oranges, lemons, mandarins, and bergamots—these concentrates offer not just taste, but function, authenticity, and versatility in every drop.

More Than Just Flavor
Citrus juice concentrates are not only appreciated for their vibrant flavor and aroma, but also for their functional benefits. Rich in vitamin C, polyphenols, and natural acids, they contribute to both taste enhancement and wellness positioning. Whether you're formulating beverages, ice creams, dairy products, bakery goods, or confectionery, citrus concentrates help deliver consistency, clean labeling, and a natural nutritional profile.

From the refreshing acidity of Sicilian lemons to the deep, floral notes of Calabrian blood oranges, each fruit concentrate carries a signature terroir that brings products to life. These juices are also ideal bases for natural flavor systems, offering color, mouthfeel, and natural preservation—all while meeting standards for organic, Halal, and Kosher certifications.

Application Highlights:

• Beverages: Juices, flavored waters, sodas, and energy drinks

• Dairy: Yogurt drinks, ice cream swirls, fruit-based dairy toppings

• Confectionery & Bakery: Fillings, glazes, fruit bars

• Sauces & Dressings: Marinades, salad dressings, citrus glazes
