At present we see that cosmetic trends have shifted and are starting to be replaced by facial care series. A survey of Australian women shows that 75% of women routinely use daily skin care. Our team has conducted an internal survey of all female employees at PT. VICA about the interest in using facial care series. The results of an internal survey show that 28.6% of employees are not too concerned about facial skin care. However, the change in direction from chemical to natural products in facial skin care is fully supported by all employees of PT. VICA, they see that the use of natural raw materials will have a good impact because they feel it will be safer and will not have side effects. What is expected of all female employees when using facial skin care products is that they will get healthier, brighter, moisturised, supple skin and all skin problems can disappear including inhibiting the formation of wrinkle lines on the skin.
If we try to look at the results of a survey on the use of skin care products in the US, it is found that 59% of buyers will read the product ingredients before buying and 40% are seen to increase their purchase of natural beauty products as we can see in the table below.

From the survey results it can be concluded that currently people are starting to be concerned with the use of products made from natural ingredients, and especially women are also starting to be concerned about choosing beauty products that use natural raw materials. So, let us, as smart buyers, start choosing products made from natural ingredients as external and internal care.
